Call for Proposals
 

Proposals for the 2024 Winter Institute are due by Monday, December 4, 2023 by 4 p.m.
 
Notification of Acceptance:

Notification of acceptance and final room details will be sent via our proposal system in January 2024.
 
Online Instructions:

  • To submit a proposal, you must create a login by selecting "New User" and completing a profile.

  • Once your profile is completed, select "Submissions" from the top of the page on the header bar.

  • Select "add new" and complete the submission form.

  • We encourage adding images and biographies for each presenter on the submission form. You will add your individual speakers on the education session submission form page by adding a profile for each individual speaker. When the proposal is accepted, all information will be transferred to the Winter Institute app.
 
Strategic Partners (companies, businesses, and organizations) may also participate and must have selected this option as part of their 2023-24 contracted benefits. If your company/organization did not choose this option initially and your proposal is selected for inclusion, your contract will be amended. Please submit a proposal focused on one of these six content areas:
  • Strand 1 - Leadership and Learning for ALL
  • Strand 2 - Effective Strategic Change: Re-designing Learning
  • Strand 3 - Building School Environments for ALL that Support Your District's Culture
  • Strand 4 - Creating Systems for Safe, Financially Stable, and Operationally Successful Schools
  • Strand 5 - Incorporating Wellness for Students, Staff, Self and Families
    • Strand 6 - Effective Advocacy at the Regional, State and National Level
