Last year’s events in Chicago were our most successful yet, and we’re excited to keep the momentum rolling in Henderson, Nevada, from November 18-20, 2025!


This year, you can play a key role in making the Partners in Community Forestry Conference and Alliance for Community Trees Day even more impactful by sharing your expertise, innovative programs, and the incredible work you’re doing in urban and community forestry with fellow professionals from across the nation.

  • Technology
  • Workforce Development
  • Multi-Year Projects (Innovative Programs; Progress Updates; Lessons Learned)
  • Sustaining Urban and Community Forestry (Advocacy and Policy; Leveraging Federal Funds; How to Sustain Momentum, Staff, and Projects When Multi-Year Grants are Completed)
  • Food Forests/Community Orchards
  • Public-Private Partnerships
  • Tree Nursery Production and Supply
  • Urban Wood Utilization


For Alliance for Community Trees Day we are seeking presentation on the following topics:

  • Urban Forestry Programs
  • Workforce Development
  • Technology
  • Community Engagement
  • Tree Nursery Production and Supply
  • Multi-Year Projects (Innovative Programs; Progress Updates; Lessons Learned)
  • Sustaining Urban and Community Forestry (Advocacy and Policy; Leveraging Federal Funds; How to Sustain Momentum, Staff, and Projects When Multi-Year Grants are Completed)
  • Food Forests/Community Orchards
  • Public-Private Partnerships


You are welcome to submit presentation proposal that may not align with the topics. We do not accept sales pitches or self-promotions.


Important Dates:

  • February 4, 2025 - April 8, 2025: Presentation Proposal Portal Open for Submissions
  • April 8, 2025 - June 2, 2025: Presenation Proposal Review Period
  • June 3-17, 2025: Notification of Speaker Selections and Speaker Confirmations Due


Presentation proposals will be accepted through April 8, 2025.
