What is PMI Agile 2026?

PMI Agile 2026 is the premier event for agile practitioners, project professionals, and leaders to connect, learn new skills, and shape the future of enterprise agility.

This year’s theme: MORE, Together: Shaping the Future with Agility

Agile transformed the way we deliver. But many organizations stopped evolving how agility shows up beyond teams, even as complexity, AI, and disruption accelerated.

PMI Agile 2026 is a challenge to the Agile community to step up and shape what comes next. This is where practitioners and leaders come together to examine what’s working, what’s breaking down, and how agility must continue to evolve to drive real organizational impact.

Here, agile practitioners are empowered to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Together, we explore how Agile becomes a force for enterprise agility - shaping decision-making, execution, and resilience in a world of constant change.

What We’re Looking For

We are prioritizing sessions that:

  • Share real-world implementation experience

  • Provide practical tools, patterns, or lessons

  • Demonstrate measurable impact

  • Reflect the evolving reality of Agile in 2026

  • Challenge conventional thinking with evidence

Focus Tracks for 2026

The PMI Agile 2026 program challenges the community to rethink how agility must evolve. Across six tracks, practitioners and leaders share real-world experience scaling agility, navigating complexity, and driving meaningful change inside organizations.

AI and emerging technologies are embedded across the program, reflecting the new reality shaping how agile teams and enterprises operate.

We invite presentation submissions aligned to the following Focus Tracks:
