2021 Ecommerce Operations Summit

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and because our Ecommerce Operations Summit participants’ health and well-being is our most important priority, the Event is working closely with the Gaylord Opryland and our other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for the Event. However, since each individual’s health and safety needs and concerns may differ, we strongly recommend that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and/or attending the Event in-person. Your attendance at the Event is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release the Event and Access Intelligence, LLC and it’s officers, employees, partners, contractors and vendors of any liability related to your attendance.

FORCE MAJEURE

If events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war in the United States, strikes, terrorist attacks in the city where the event is being held, or curtailment of transportation either in the conference city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 30% of the attendees from arriving for the first day of the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, Ecommerce Operations Summit may cancel the conference and offer attendees a credit for a future event.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend Ecommerce Operations Summit 2021

PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING AND VIDEO TAPING

By attending Ecommerce Operations Summit 2021, you give your permission to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped; in addition, as an attendee you provide Ecommerce Operations Summit 2021 full discretion over the use of your likeliness for public posting and/or future marketing of its conference and media businesses.
