Consent to disclosure of personal data to business partners

Our business partners would be pleased to support the appearance of your company at the trade fair. Data protection law requires that we obtain your consent to the disclosure of your contact information to our partners. You can withdraw this consent from us at any time with effect for the future. Please note the data protection information in our General Terms of Business (§22) and in our data privacy policy on our website: https://www.itb-asia.com/privacy

I AGREE:

that Messe Berlin (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. may transfer my contact information, i.e. my name, phone number, my photo, my e-mail address and my fax number, to third parties for the purpose of optimizing and supporting the participation of my company at the trade fair and so that they can offer me their own specialized services for preparing and implementing my presentation at the fair such as logistics services, PR services, ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia 2021 Virtual catalogue/ Quickfinder, ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia 2021 App, Match Making Tool. The presently known recipients are Marina Bay Sands, Cleverdis Sarl, Klareco Communications, Aventri, Focusinc International Corporation, A&D Printhub Pte Ltd, GlobalSign.in  and Pte Ltd, Jublia Pte. Ltd. More service providers may be added as and when the service offering changes or is expanded.

The attendee expressly agrees that Messe Berlin (Singapore) may store, process, or disseminate personal information - including electronically processed data such as my contact information, i.e. my name, my phone numbers, my photo, my email address and my fax number, to third parties - as long as necessary to achieve the objectives of Messe Berlin ( Singapore) or its affliates, or to fulfil any other justifiable needs such as the indentity verification purposes. 

I can withdraw this consent to the use of my personal data and e-mail address obtained as part of the buyer registration at any time with effect for the future. To do so, I simply need to send an e-mail to data-protection@itb-asia.com.
 

Badge Policy (for physcial events)

I understand that by allowing my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, I will be providing that exhibitor or sponsor with my personal data (as disclosed when registering). I consent to this personal data being transferred and accept that this exhibitor or sponsor may contact me about their products or services. I also understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event, and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to stage the event and to analyse visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for participants.
