Reconstructing Judaism Convention (March 23-27)

  • Full Ticket, In-Person, $695 through Nov. 8th, then $750 after.
  • Full Ticket, Online Only, $300
    • Can be used as a partial payment towards a full ticket at any time. Online tickets purchased before Nov. 9th, will be able to be upgraded to an in-person ticket at the earlybird rate of $695 even if they are upgraded after Nov. 9th.
  • Partial Attendance: Prices variable
    • Thursday all day, $200
      • Includes all Thursday programming and dinner
    • Friday all day, $250
      • Includes all Friday programming, lunch, and Shabbat dinner
    • Friday Night Only, $85
      • Attend Friday night dinner and evening programming.
    • Saturday All Day, $250
      • Includes Saturday programming, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    • Shabbat Ticket, Friday Night through Saturday Night, $350
      • Attend Friday and Saturday workshops, evening programming on both days, and all meals from Friday night dinner through Saturdaynight dinner.
    • Saturday Night Only, $72
      • Attend the Chesapeake Celebration and dinner on Saturday night.
    • Sunday Only, $100
      • Includes Sunday programming and breakfast

Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association (RRA) Convention (March 22-23)

The RRA Convention fee includes all programming, plus Tuesday dinner and Wednesday lunch and dinner.

Vendor Registration

In-person vendor

  • Cost is $180 for those distributing information about a topic, a cause, or non-profit organization.
  • Cost is $360 for those advertising a service or product or selling artisanal items.
  • The vendor area can be set up Wednesday at 8:30am (Tuesday if needed) and opens at 10:00am.
  • Hours are:
    • Wednesday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
    • Thursday 8:30am – 8:30pm
    • Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Basic electricity is available, and each area comes with a table and two chairs.
  • Other requests may be available at additional cost. Please inquire.

Virtual vendor

  • Cost is $90 or those distributing information about a topic, a cause, or non-profit organization online only.
  • Cost is $180 or those advertising a service or product or selling artisanal items online only.
  • Your business logo and website link on our Convention website.
  • Your business logo and website on digital screen in the vendor area.

 

Hotel Rates

The Hitlon McLean Tysons Corner offers both standard and accessible rooms configured either as a single king or two double beds. Rates for all rooms are $125/night. To reserve your room at this price, please visit our hotel reservation page here

Please note that hotel reservations must be completed separately from Convention registration, and the cost of Convention tickets does not cover hotel expenses. You may either book your hotel room before completing our registration or after you register using the link provided in your confirmation details.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You can change or cancel your registration at any time. However, please be aware of the cancellation policy:

September 26, 2021-Feb 15, 2022: cancellations will receive a full refund

February 16- March 8, 2022: cancellations will receive a 50% refund

Other refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
