Cancellation by DAC

If for any reason beyond DAC's control DAC determines that DAC 2022 must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that DAC will use its best efforts to provide a refund on registration fees paid to it by Participant. If despite using its best efforts, DAC is not able to provide a full refund of registration fees due to its losses incurred in connection with the cancellation or change to the DAC Show, DAC may retain a portion of the registration fees paid to it by Participant and will refund to Participant the remaining balance of registration fees paid to it by Participant.

Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from DAC on or or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After June 1, 2022, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever.
