Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed, and stored by Infinity Conference Group (INFINITY) (the “Processor”), on behalf of Children and Screens, in its capacity as data controller (collectively, “we” or “us”), only for the preparation and execution of Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development Congress and Exposition, September 20-23, 2023 (“2023 Congress”).


Information We Collect

INFINITY may collect the following types of personal data when you visit the 2023 Congress registration site (“Site”) or otherwise interact with us related to your event registration and attendance:

Contact information, such as name, mailing address, postal code, email address, and phone number.

Demographic and business-related information, such as your job title or position and company name or affiliation.

Event registration information, such as emergency contact details, hotel accommodations, dietary restrictions, and answers to event-related questions.

Other information you provide to us, including information provided when you communicate with us or use the features available on the Site.

Service providers to help operate the Site and provide other services related to the 2023 Congress, including to manage our communications, process payments, host and process data, and conduct analytics. Event co-sponsors and partners that co-sponsor events with us or otherwise partner with us to provide events or services to you.

For legal purposes, for instance, when we believe using or sharing information is necessary:

o To comply with applicable law or a court order, subpoena, or other legal processes.

o To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms and conditions, or situations involving threats to Site users, our property, or the property or physical safety of any person or third party.

The information that we collect through or in connection with our Site and other services related to the September Congress is processed by INFINITY in the United States on behalf of Children and Screens in its role as data controller, for the purposes described above.
