Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to info@2024summitoftheamericas.org for processing. Any refunds for registration cancellations will be processed after the Summit. Cancellation notices received by Friday, March 8, 2024, will be refunded in full minus a $75 cancellation fee for each canceled registration to cover the cost of staff time and materials expended to process the registration. All registration cancellation requests received after March 8, 2024, are NONREFUNDABLE.
