Call for Session Proposals

AISES has opened the call for session proposals and encourages a diverse array of session presenters and STEM topics! If you have not yet presented at an AISES conference, we encourage you to submit a session proposal!

All sessions must fall into one of the following tracks:

  • Art, Architecture, and Design 
  • Biological Sciences 
  • College & Career Readiness 
  • Communications and Marketing Branding
  • Community Building
  • Computer and Information Science Engineering
  • Education and Student Success
  • Engineering
  • Environmental Science and Sustainability
  • Geosciences
  • Health & Medical Sciences
  • Indigenous Knowledge
  • Mathematical and Physical Sciences

Online submission forms must be completed by May 31, 2024 to be considered for review. Only complete session proposals will be reviewed.

Call for Research Proposals

The 2024 AISES National Conference invites all middle school, high school, undergraduate and masters/doctoral students, and professionals to present their STEM research! All research presentations will be held on Friday, October 4.

Submit your completed STEM research presentation abstract now until Monday, September 2, 2024. Early submissions receive conference registration discounts. Submit by:
  • 11:59pm CST Friday, July 19, 2024 for a 100% registration discount; or
  • 11:59pm CST Friday, August 23, 2024 for a 50% registration discount; or
  • Noon CST Monday, September 2, 2024 to present with NO registration discount. This is the final deadline for submissions!
Incomplete submissions will not be accepted until the date they are complete. Incomplete submissions include missing names, titles, and/or components of abstracts.
 
Once your research presentation is confirmed by AISES, you will receive a registration discount code to register for the conference. Do not register for the conference before you receive a code! If you do register and pay in advance of receiving this code, your registration refund is subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Instructions

  1. Select “Create an account” if you are a New User or “Log into your account” if you are a Returning User.
  2. Save your username and password for future use.     
  3. When you are logged in, you will notice a “Submissions” and “Log Out” buttons at the top.
  4. Select “Submissions” to submit either a General Session or Research Presentation proposal.
  5. Select “add new” to begin your submission.
