Invitation

The APAGBI and the 2023 London's Local Conference Organising Committee extends an invitation to join their Annual Scientific Meeting and look at longer term partnerships with the Association. The  format programme will provide an important CPD update as well as celebrating the advancements in paediatric anaesthesia with companies such as yours.

The Connaught Rooms, near Covent Garden offers excellent open space for the exhibition and numerous rooms to allow for a range of sessions for delegates. We have designed the exhibition space so that we can bring delegates together amongst the exhibits, catering and poster viewing areas and so you can meet with delegates and faculty over the two days.

The programme designed with input from SPANZA will have a national and international speaker faculty supplemented by papers and cases via abstracts. Of great importance is the education companies can provide through support of sessions or indeed host their own satellite symposium working with the London Committee.

Additionally company executives are encouraged to attend the scientific session.

Benefits and Acknowledgements for the Exhibition
General benefits will include the following:

Company Zone: Taking the positive experiences from virtual events and the drive towards sustaianble events, the Company Zone is the area online that hosts our supporting Company Information, product information and links to education provided by the company. Companies working in partnership can design thier area to support the face to face exhibiting activity.

Banner Advertising
Due to the space opportunities in the venue, planned  'roller banner' advertising is being offered. Artwork is to be provided by the advertiser. The charge includes locating of the roller banner at the selected positions. Space subject to availability and excludes
materials and manufacture.

APP Device Voting and Communication
Support (Total) £3,500
Today's delegate more often than not carries a smart mobile device. To be introduced at this conference will be the facility for delegates to communicate with the chairman (and speaker) throughout a session. The range of communication will be from simple texting a comment to responding to 'surveys' with fast graphical displays or listings.

Programme Break Advertisements (limited to 10 per day at a fee of £450 for the day)

At the beginning of session and end of prgrammed session static and short advertisements will be played. The adverts permitted will be product orientated or designed such to have delegates visit the Company Zone or visit the Company Stand.

This is included in the Gold and Platinum Medal Investor packages.

 

Programme Sponsorship: DL size Advert £1,200
To support the APP a tri-fold programme will be given to all delegates. A 1/3 DL size advert can be placed on the item by a sponsoring company. 

Logo Stopper:  Cost £150 (included in the exhibition package)

Supply your logo for it to be placed next to your Company Zone editorial.

New Product Highlight Cost:  £250
If your company has launched a new product within 6 months of the Conference a flag will be placed next to your Exhibition listing on both the Website and Editorial in the Company Zone.

Delegate Badges 400 Badges:  £500
Have your company logo or name printed on all the delegates' badges. This acts as a constant reminder to delegates of your company's support during the event and is one of the highest profile items to take up.
Investment of £400

Sponsored Lanyards plus costs of lanyards: £450 plus cost of lanyard.
Ensure that all delegates have your company name on them at all times – sponsor lanyards that will provide high profile throughout the duration of the Conference.

Conference Notepad and Pen
for Conference Folder £450 plus cost of items Supplied by sponsor with name/logo of company and APAGBI Conference logo (on exclusivity basis).

First Announcementand Ecast sponsorship:  £1,500 (limited to three medal investors).
This will include outline programme and details of the Conference. The sponsor of the First Announcement will be able to advertise using a strap advertisement on the rear page. E cast will be regularly distributed and we plan a minimum of 6.

Signage within the venue:  £700
Sponsorship required covering the cost of conference banner, and internal conference centre signs. The sponsorship company's logo to be placed on all internal signs.
