Exhibitor Unloading Instructions:

When you arrive at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, please note that the conference center is at the backside of the building (bayside). There will be a handicap accessible entrance on both sides of the building, which will lead directly to the conference center. Please see the map below for a visual of these instructions.

Bell carts will be available in the hotel lobby on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to bring a dolly cart to unload, as we cannot guarantee bell carts will be available for use. Please note that from inside of the hotel, access to the conference center is most direct and accessible by exiting the hotel and walking around to the backside (bayside) of the building.

Shipping:

Should you need to ship exhibit supplies, you may ship them ahead of time to the hotel, but no earlier than 3 days prior to the conference.
