What are the registration deadlines and cancellation policies?
Your registration must be confirmed by November 2, 2020. TEC 2020 is first-come, first-serve and last year’s event sold out. So it’s recommended that you take advantage of early registration to save money and avoid missing out. If for some reason you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to someone within the same organization. This can be done in your registration profile or by contacting email@example.com.
What is the refund policy if Quest has to reschedule or cancel TEC 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak?
We are optimistic that COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) will be contained before TEC 2020. We also understand that everyone is experiencing uncertainty in this challenging time. We have taken every precaution during event planning to protect our users, and therefore, even though our event terms state that registration fees are non-refundable, we are offering a full refund to anyone who requests it for any reason by November 3, 2020. More specifically, this means that you can register now and take advantage of our registration discounts with confidence that you will receive a full refund on the conference fees if you are unable to attend or if we need to change the date of TEC 2020.

Can I earn CPE credits?
Yes. Earn up to 6 CPEs per day at TEC for a total of up to 12 credits. We’ll provide you the transcript.
Who can attend the conference?
Anyone who wants the chance to expand their Active Directory and Office 365 knowledge by connecting with peers, Microsoft MVPs and experts, all while enjoying the blend of southern charm and modern elegance of Atlanta.

What is the registration fee?
Full conference registration is $799. But we do have early bird registration specials available. Check here for potential savings.
Where can I find the mobile app?
Navigate to the App store on your device. Install the free app Quest Software Events. Once installed, launch the app. Once launched, you will see a login page. Login is only required once. Your username is the email address you registered for the conference with. Your password is the last name used for registration with the first letter capitalized. For example "Robertson."
What is included in the registration fee? Are meals provided?
Registration includes access to the training sessions throughout the week, access to the geek bar, breakfast, lunch and the customer appreciation reception. You are responsible for your own flight, hotel, ground transportation and parking.
How do I book my hotel room?
We have a discounted group rate at the Loews Hotel Atlanta. The room rate is $199 per night plus a $5.00 State Hotel Assessment Fee and all applicable state and location taxes, which are currently 16.9%.
If you plan to arrive early or stay after the event, our discounted room rate is available on select days pre-and post-event based on availability (November 14 through November 20, 2020). The deadline to book with our discounted rate is November 1, 2020.

Is there a shuttle service to the hotel?
The hotel does not have a shuttle service from the airport. However, Marta, Atlanta’s largest public transportation provider has train service from the Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to Midtown,where the Loews Hotel is located. Schedules range from every 10 minutes during rush hours to every 20 minutes after 7 p.m. weekdays and on weekends. Travel time is less than 20 minutes. A one-way fare is $2.50.
